Privacy policy

This policy explains what AI Shortcut ("we") collects and why.

What we collect

• Email address, when you join the weekly email or buy a product.
• Instagram, Facebook or YouTube username and comment text, when you comment a keyword, so we can send you the guide.
• Form answers (name, contact, project details), when you ask for a quote.
• Questions you ask Bit, to answer them and improve the guides.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic, anonymous site statistics (pages viewed, keywords typed).

How we use it

• To send the guide or product you asked for.
• To send the weekly email, if you joined it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To reply to your quote request.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that run this site: hosting and security (Cloudflare), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), payments (Lemon Squeezy), AI answers (Anthropic) and the messaging platforms you contacted us on.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@aishortcuthq.com.

Terms of use

• Free guides are for your personal and business use. Please don't resell or republish them as your own.
• Paid products are licensed to one person or one business. Sharing download links is not allowed.
• Guides describe third-party tools. Their prices, features and free plans can change without notice.
• AI output can be wrong. Check important results yourself, especially legal, financial or medical ones.
• AI Shortcut is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta or any tool we mention.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Refund policy

Digital products: if a kit, book or course doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. Services: the deposit and refund terms are written in your quote before any work starts.

Delete my data

To delete everything we hold about you, including data from Instagram or Facebook messages, email hello@aishortcuthq.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your username or email. We confirm within 7 days.
